Welcome to Rukn. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rukn mobile application, the website at rukn.me, and the physical Rukn space at Shaheed Park, Kuwait City. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Rukn is a café and co-working space located at Shaheed Park, Kuwait City, operated by Designed Value Innovations Project Management CO. WLL, a subsidiary of Niu. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” in these Terms refer to Rukn and its operators.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Rukn account or place bookings and orders through the App. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may create a Rukn account using a valid Kuwaiti or international phone number. You are responsible for keeping your phone number, OTP codes, and account access secure.
The Rukn app and website allow you to book meeting rooms, private offices, and event spaces. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
You can order food and drinks through the app for in-space consumption. Loyalty points and cafe credits are subject to the following:
Payments are processed by Tap Payments and KNET. We do not store your full payment card details. Payments are due at the time of booking or order unless otherwise stated.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.
When you visit Rukn, you agree to:
Rukn reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for violation of these standards.
All content in the Rukn app and on rukn.me — including the Rukn name, logo, designs, photographs, and text — is owned by Rukn or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our written permission.
If you share content with us (for example, through reviews, social media tags, or in-app feedback), you grant Rukn a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and operational purposes.
The Service is provided “as is.” While we work hard to keep the app and the physical space reliable, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the Rukn space. Guests are responsible for their own laptops, phones, and other items.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Rukn and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Rukn in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms Rukn, its staff, or other guests.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
